We check brewery ownership before publishing. Pausing refills keeps your listing visible with a notice.
Brewery questions, answered.
Is it free?
Yes. Brewery registration and standard profiles are currently free. There are no payments, subscriptions or price plans. Any beer purchase happens directly with your brewery.
Must I refill every keg type or every beer?
No. You decide which services, keg sizes, fittings and beers you offer. BYO customer-keg refills, brewery-owned swaps, hire kegs and CO₂ services are distinct. Only list what you actually provide.
Can I change my prices and beers anytime?
Approved owners can update beers, availability and prices by keg size through their dashboard. Keep the details consistent with your service arrangements, and ask customers to confirm before travelling. An owner-set availability status is not live stock.
Can I pause refills?
Yes. You can temporarily pause refill services and add a note. Your listing remains visible with a paused notice. You can also set temporary closure dates and hide individual beers.
Does Fill My Keg take orders, bookings or payments?
No. Fill My Keg is a discovery directory, not a seller of alcohol. Any enquiry, booking arrangement, purchase or payment happens directly with your brewery, outside Fill My Keg.
What if we don’t currently refill customers’ kegs?
Don’t list a BYO refill service you don’t offer. If you provide another supported keg service, such as brewery-owned swaps, describe that separately. If you offer none of these services yet, bookmark this page for the future and read our practical guide to offering refills.
Can I remove or correct an inaccurate listing?
Use the suggestion or correction form to tell us what is wrong or request removal. An admin reviews the request; deletion is not automatic. Approved owners can correct editable details themselves, while verification and publication status remain admin-controlled.
Who can edit my listing?
You can edit only the private draft you submit while it is pending. Access to any existing brewery record requires verified membership. Admin approval verifies ownership and automatically publishes your listing; registration never gives you access to another brewery.
What if you already have our brewery on file?
Register your brewery with its name and address. Existing research records stay private during soft launch. An admin will check for an existing record and contact you to verify ownership; nothing is claimed or published without admin approval.

Fill My Keg is an independent startup directory covering Australia. A standard listing is currently free. Being publicly listed does not imply a brewery’s endorsement or partnership. We do not sell alcohol or handle orders, bookings or payments. Licensing, food safety and safe refill procedures remain each brewery’s responsibility. Customers should confirm services, prices and availability directly with the brewery.
