A directory, not a seller
Fill My Keg is an independent discovery directory for Australian brewery keg-refill services (ABN 19712469673). Customer search is free and needs no account, and breweries anywhere in Australia are welcome to register. Only approved, published real brewery profiles appear. Brewery registration and standard profiles are currently free, with no payments, subscriptions or price plans. Contact: hello@fillmykeg.com.au.
We do not sell, order, reserve or deliver alcohol, arrange bookings or take payments. Contact the brewery directly for any purchase or arrangement. The brewery is responsible for its licensing, age/identity checks, supply and fulfilment. You must be at least 18 to purchase alcohol. Please drink responsibly; the website does not perform age verification.
Confirm before you travel
- Publicly sourced: researched information, with source/date details where recorded. An official brewery website source is different from third-party or historical research, and either may be out of date.
- Owner verified: editing access has been approved after ownership review. This is not an endorsement, a transaction check or a guarantee of current prices, stock or service quality.
- Beers & prices: information is supplied or researched, not a real-time inventory feed. A beer on tap is not necessarily offered for keg fills. Confirm accepted keg sizes, service, pricing, availability and drop-off arrangements directly.
- Examples: demonstration listings and fictional prices/services are illustration only, not an available refill provider.
Map pins and distances may be approximate. External brewery and map links are operated by third parties and their terms apply to those services.
Accounts & brewery responsibilities
Use accurate account and claim information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person or business. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, submit spam or disrupt the service.
Submitting a new brewery profile lets you edit only that pending private draft, not an existing brewery record. An administrator manually reviews ownership before membership is approved. Approved members may edit only their assigned brewery. Publication approval is separate, and profiles stay private while customer search is closed. Keep contact details, hours, accepted kegs, fill arrangements and prices accurate, and update confirmation dates when circumstances change. The beer editor is designed for up to three selected refill beers.
Only upload logos, photos and other material you own or have permission to use. Do not imply that Fill My Keg endorses your brewery or verifies every product or statement.
Your content & permissions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You represent that you have the rights to share it and that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
To operate the directory, you give the operator a non-exclusive permission to store, format and display your submitted material, and let its service providers process it for hosting, service delivery and moderation. This permission is limited to running the service, not unrelated advertising or selling your content. Removal is subject to the deletion and retention limits explained in the Privacy draft.
Submitting a public contribution makes it available to visitors. Do not copy other people’s reviews, business logos or photos without permission.
Corrections, removal & deletion
Flag inaccurate brewery information through Suggest a brewery or correction (sign-in required), or Contact us without signing in. Use the community report controls for inappropriate contributions. Listing corrections or removal requests need review; account deletion is a separate action and does not delete the brewery record.
You can delete your own review or question using its controls. Customers and brewery users can permanently delete their account from Your account after ticking the confirmation box, without admin approval. Successful deletion removes the active account and linked contributions, favourites, claims and brewery access; brewery listings remain. Admin self-deletion is blocked. Optional deletion feedback is recorded without an account identifier; avoid personal information in the note.
Historical audit records, provider logs, backups and third-party copies may remain. See the Privacy Policy for the limits of deletion. The business email for privacy, rights or removal complaints is listed below.
Your rights & service limitations
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
The directory may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. It does not promise uninterrupted access or real-time availability. Subject to applicable law and non-excludable rights, the operator is not responsible for the brewery’s own supply decisions or independently operated external services. This is not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for the operator’s own conduct.
No broad indemnity, waiver of consumer rights or mandatory arbitration is imposed by these terms.
Updates & disputes
The revision date is shown above. Material changes will be clearly identified on the website before they take effect, with further notice where required.
For a service dispute, privacy complaint or concern about your rights, use Contact us without creating an account, or email the business address below. Form enquiries are saved privately for admin review; an email alert is attempted to the business mailbox after saving; delivery is not guaranteed. A reply or response timeframe is not guaranteed. We aim to respond to complaints promptly and fairly. Nothing here prevents you from seeking advice or contacting an appropriate regulator.
